George Graham Miller passed away April 27, 2021, in Dacula, GA, at the age of 76.
George Miller was born on April 7, 1945, in Lakeland, FL, to Minard ('Bing') Francis Miller and Edith Sims Miller, both of whom preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were his brothers Dulaurence 'Duke' Miller, Michael 'Mike' Miller, and William 'Bill' Thurman.
George was the proud graduate of Lakeland High School, Lakeland, FL, where he was the ringleader of mischief and fun. Following high school, he attended the University of Virginia, and he ultimately graduated from the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. Throughout his life, George worked as a real estate agent in both Athens, GA, and Atlanta, GA, but he will best be remembered as the owner of Southampton House, a furniture and interior design business located in Athens, GA. Aside from his children, George loved the beach and specifically the white sand and clear blue water of Anna Maria Island.
George is survived by his loving children and grandchildren: Ansley Miller, MD, Lee Wallace, Braden Miller (grandson), Reese Miller (granddaughter), Asheville, NC; Corbin Wimberly, Robert Wimberly Jr., Robert 'Bobby' Wimberly, III (grandson), Sims Wimberly (granddaughter), Charleston, SC; Matthew Miller, Rachael Miller, Barbour Miller (grandson), Dallas, TX.
