Charles L. Mott, 80, went home to be with The Lord on April 29, 2025. He was born in Bradenton, FL. Charles was preceded by his mother, Velma Jean Christian and then his wife, Elaine Mott in 2011. He was survived by his daughters, Vickie (Wes) Reid, Pam (David) Cash, Tricia (Rhett) Strickland; Brother, Ronnie Mott; Sister, Gail Myhand; Grandchildren, Charlie (Sarah), Chelsea, Shelby (Granger), and Chad Reid, Christopher (Sara) and Jessica (Nick) Cash, Laina, Kacee & Cale Strickland and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 4th 2025, 1:30 – 2:00 pm at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens, 3350 Mall Hill Dr. Lakeland, FL. Services with Military Honors to begin at 2:00 pm with interment to follow in Serenity Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KA 66675-8516, will be appreciated.
