Ruth Rowand Clark passed away suddenly on Sept. 8^th.

Her sister, Dee Rowand Davis (LHS Class of 66), had passed away on July 18^th and that evening Ruth was involved in an auto accident. She was in the hospital and eventually moved to a rehab center.

Ruth lived with her daughter, Mel. Mel was going to bring her home on September 9^th from the rehab center so that she could be better cared for.

She was not supposed to get up on her own, but when the Rehab nurse didn’t answer the call button, Ruth got up by herself and she fell in the bathroom at the rehab. She passed before a nurse could answer the call button.
