Joyce was born in Norton, VA, on June 27, 1945. She was an executive secretary with Publix.  She loved making quilts for family and friends and was a member of the Seaside Piece Makers Quilting Guild. Joyce will be remembered as being kind hearted and loved traveling and cruising to most anywhere.  Above all she enjoyed sitting on her balcony overlooking Cocoa Beach.

Joyce is survived by her husband Tony Henderson of Cocoa Beach; her son Kenny (Denise) Henderson of Lakeland; daughter Christy (Robin) Henderson of Kissimmee; brother Richard (Julia) Smith of Brunswick, GA; sister Carolyn (Larry) Bradley of Lakeland; plus her granddaughter Jamie Nicole (Kyle) Paine of Bradenton.

Joyce died on Friday, January 1, 2016 at the age of 70.  She will be missed.
