Betsye Cabell Greener

Married a fantastic and talented person. We stood beside each other through some good times and rough times. Just celebrated our 58th Anniversary on November 28, 2022. People have asked us what our secret to a successful marriage is and we tell them we thank God every day for each other and laugh a lot. God gave us two handsome sons, Donald 51 years old, Darren 47 years old that blessed us with 3 beautiful grandsons. Aaron Michael Greener is 24, Alan-Michael Greener age 21 and Carson Thomas Greener age 19. They are the love of our lives. If we had only known that grandchildren were so much fun we would have had them first. We have so much wisdom and are dying to share it with them. Our grandsons say we are the cool grandparents. I don't know in this day and time if that is good or bad. We just hang on and enjoy the ride.

I have a lot of fond memories of my school years. Had a lot of laughs and good friends. It is so sad that so many of the friends have past away. Everyday is a good day. I only wish I knew then what I know now and could do it all over again. God bless us all.
